You may opt out of marketing communications from 8php at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting support. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of 8php's assets or operations, personal data held by 8php may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the Privacy Policy governing the use of your data following the transfer before the transfer takes effect.
Important: 8php will never share your personal data with unauthorized third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent. We do not participate in third-party advertising networks that use player data for cross-platform behavioral tracking.

Identity verification is required before processing data access, correction, or deletion requests.
If you believe 8php has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
Section 12
The 8php platform is strictly for use by individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. 8php does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If 8php becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
Age Verification: Registration on 8php requires you to confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age is a breach of the 8php Terms and Conditions and constitutes a violation of Philippine regulations governing access to gambling platforms. All accounts are subject to age verification through the KYC process.

The 8php platform contains links to internal pages of the 8php website only. However, the integrated game content on the platform is provided by third-party game software providers such as JILI Games, PG Soft, Evolution, and others. While 8php selects providers who meet appropriate data security standards, the privacy practices of individual game providers are governed by their own privacy policies.
8php is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or security measures of third-party game providers or other third-party service integrations. Questions about how a specific game provider handles data should be directed to that provider. 8php will provide reasonably available information about its game provider data arrangements upon request.
